Removing numbers from folder names can quickly simplify and standardize the names. When organizing and archiving files in daily office work, folder names often become messy due to dates and serial numbers. Removing these numbers makes the main name of the folder content more apparent, making the overall file content more intuitive and clearer. For folders containing important numerical information such as contract numbers or product models, make sure to confirm them to avoid losing information. The following introduces how to batch delete numbers from folder names in one go. Come and give it a try together!
Use Cases
- When organizing folders, if there are redundant or unnecessary numbers in the names, removing them all can make the folder names more concise, facilitating quicker retrieval later.
- For numbers temporarily marked in folder names, batch removal of numeric information can prevent confusion with other folders of the same type.
- Some system management tools only support plain text names. Removing numbers can ensure folder names comply with their rules, facilitating system recognition.
