I. Pricing Issues
1. Is the software completely free?
No, the software can be used for free, but there is a limit on the number of records processed. There are no feature restrictions. You can unlock these limitations by 'Activating Membership' after you are satisfied with the trial.
As is well known, free services are often the most expensive. You might think they are free because you aren't charged directly, but they contain many hidden 'traps', such as advertisements, inducements, privacy violations, etc.
Our software does not rely on such methods for profit, but we also need to survive and live. We need to cover daily expenses for manpower, technology, servers, and various other costs.
All our pricing information is 'clearly marked', and you are free to choose.
II. Privacy Issues
1. Where is my data stored, and how is my privacy protected?
Currently, many websites or software offer online services to process files or photos. When using their services, you must first upload your personal files to their website, at which point your files are exposed to the internet. Some software even pretends to be installed on your local computer, but when processing files, it secretly uploads them to their website for processing and then automatically downloads them back locally, making you mistakenly believe your files are only processed on your own computer.
Our software only stores and reads the account information you provide during registration for login verification purposes. All file processing is done on your local computer, not on our servers. You can use our software with complete peace of mind. For more detailed information, please see here: Privacy Policy.
III. Version Issues
1. Why is there no Mac or Linux version?
Due to technical and compatibility reasons, we currently only support Windows.
IV. Account Usage Issues
1. Can I share my account with others?
No, each user must use their own account. Sharing your account with others may lead to the account being deactivated.
V. Invoice Issues
1. Can an invoice be issued?
Yes, after purchasing the software, go to the User Center page, find your purchase record in the menu bar, and click to apply for an invoice.
VI. Requests or Feedback Issues
1. Can I submit a new feature request?
Of course! We warmly welcome and encourage everyone to submit requests. Don't hesitate, go ahead and Contact Us now!
2. What should I do if I find a bug in the software?
Please Contact Us promptly!
VII. Software Installation Issues
1. Permission Requirements
When using software that includes batch processing of local disk files, the following permissions are required:
- Run the software as an administrator (the software opens as administrator by default)
- Have read and write permissions for the software's installation directory
2. Prompt about missing .NET Framework when running the software for the first time after installation
This indicates that your operating system has not been updated for a long time. You need to manually download and install the official Microsoft patch, see here.
3. Prompt about missing core files or antivirus software reporting a virus during runtime
Our software has undergone strict virus detection by mainstream antivirus software, and we guarantee it contains no viruses. If you encounter this issue, it means a small number of antivirus programs on your computer (including the built-in Windows Defender) have deleted or quarantined core files of the software. You need to manually add an exception (whitelist) or disable the antivirus software, then reinstall the software.
4. No response after double-clicking the newly downloaded installation package
Right-click on the installation package → Properties → Check if there is an 'Unblock' option at the bottom right of the interface → Check 'Unblock' → OK → If prompted to allow, choose allow → Double-click the installation package again to install normally.
Note: This issue usually arises from minor security restrictions imposed by the system to prevent malicious file downloads in a corporate environment.
5. No response after double-clicking the installed software icon
Solution 1: First, follow these steps strictly: Restart the computer → Close all security management tools and antivirus software → Double-click the icon to see if it opens. If it still cannot open and you are using a Windows 7 operating system, try right-clicking the software icon → Properties → Compatibility → Check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' and 'Run this program as an administrator'.
Solution 2: Do not change the installation directory during installation; use the default installation path (usually C drive).
6. Still prompted 'This operating system is not supported' when running on Windows 7
Please ensure your Windows 7 has Service Pack 1 installed. Right-click on the 'Computer' icon on the desktop → Properties → Check if 'Service Pack 1' is listed in the Windows edition section on the right. If not, you need to install this patch before running the software.
7. C drive is almost full, causing installation failure
Check the space on C drive, clean up computer junk files, and then try reinstalling the software.
VIII. Software Usage Issues
1. Processing shows 'No response' or statuses become 'Cancelled'
When you are using the batch file processing function, some security software might monitor and restrict our software's disk reading and writing. If you encounter such issues, please try: Close antivirus software and various management tools → Completely exit our software → Reopen our software → Check if it works normally.
2. Strange issues like inability to register/login, failed membership activation, anomaly prompts, etc.
Please try the following solutions:
- Close antivirus software and various management tools → Completely exit our software → Reopen our software → Check if it works normally
- Close antivirus software and various management tools → Uninstall our software → When prompted to keep local data, choose not to keep → Reinstall our software → Check if it works normally
- Restart computer → Close antivirus software and various management tools → Reopen our software → Check if it works normally
- Close antivirus software, various management tools, network firewalls, and other security software → Check if the official website is accessible → Reopen our software
- Close antivirus software and various management tools → Uninstall our software → Reinstall the software → Keep the default installation location on C drive → Reopen our software
3. When opening a file or folder selection dialog in Windows 11, network drives are not visible on the left side
This issue is a defect in Windows 11, occurring when running software that requires 'Administrator privileges'. Temporary workaround:
First open the network drive → Copy the path from the File Explorer address bar → In the file/folder selection dialog, paste the copied path into the address bar and press Enter to see the contents of the network drive.
4. Error during file processing: The specified path or file name is too long, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.
The root cause of this problem is that the file or folder hierarchy is too deep, or the file/folder name is too long. This is a limitation of the Windows operating system, not the software. There is currently no perfect solution; even if this limit is bypassed, other software like Office will also report that the path or name is too long when opening these files. Therefore, please avoid placing files or folders to be processed too deep, do not make their names too long, and if the output interface provides a 'Keep directory structure' option, you can try unchecking this option and try again.
5. Compatibility issues with WPS and Office
Our software prioritizes compatibility with Microsoft Office. If you encounter compatibility issues, you can try opening the file in both WPS and Office to see if there are any differences.
6. Software cannot read pictures in Excel
This issue occurs with 'pictures embedded in cells' in WPS Spreadsheets in the China region. Because Office and WPS are not 100% compatible, and our software prioritizes Microsoft Office. You can try opening the file with WPS, locate the picture in the cell → Right-click → Convert to floating picture → Save → Try processing again.
In short, WPS and Office are mutually compatible with floating pictures, but not with pictures embedded in cells.
7. Why can't text in pictures be recognized?
Currently, the software does not have the function to automatically recognize text in images, such as converting image-based documents to text, or finding/replacing text within images. This function requires high accuracy in text recognition and fidelity in font styles and layout restoration, for which existing computer technology does not yet have a perfect solution.
