Why Add a Full-Screen Image Watermark to Every Page of a PDF?
Enhanced File Protection
When a PDF file contains company confidential or original content, we may worry about it being arbitrarily distributed or misappropriated. Adding a full-screen image watermark to every page, such as a company logo or other image identifier, covers the entire page content, making it more prominent and harder to remove. Even if someone takes a screenshot or crops it, the watermark will remain.
Preventing Misuse and Tampering
Some PDF files are used for draft documents. If modified by others and redistributed, it may cause misunderstandings. Adding a full-screen image watermark can clearly indicate the file status, making others more cautious when using it and reducing the trouble caused by unintentional misuse.
Boosting Brand Effect
When companies send out materials or product files, they add a unified brand logo to each page. With a full-screen image watermark, whether the file is printed or forwarded, it continuously displays the company image, making the file look more professional.
