How to add a picture watermark that covers the entire page to every slide of multiple PPT files? When creating PPT slides, if we need to use the same set of templates or a unified corporate background, we hope that every slide can have the same picture or LOGO fully covering it. Whether it is the cover, table of contents, or content pages, the position and size of the picture watermark must be completely consistent to avoid misalignment caused by manual operation. Is there an efficient method to batch-process dozens or even hundreds of PPT files, making a selected picture file cover every corner of every page without affecting the original text and content display?
This article will specifically discuss how to implement this batch operation of adding full-screen image watermarks, turning the repetitive tasks of manually inserting images page by page and repeatedly adjusting them into a one-click quick technique. Let's give it a try together!
Why Add Full-Screen Image Watermarks to PPT Files?
Protect Important Content
When a PPT contains internal company data and you are worried about it being forwarded or misused without authorization, you can add a full-screen image or LOGO watermark. Because it is a full-screen watermark, even if the content is screenshotted or photographed, the identifier will be preserved along with it, offering a more effective protection method.
Prevent Misuse
During enterprise projects, PPTs often have draft, revised, and final versions. Without differentiation, others might mistake an unfinished version for the final one. Adding a full-screen image watermark allows you to mark the status on every page, avoiding misuse.
Enhance Brand Effect
When presenting or promoting externally with a PPT, adding a full-screen LOGO watermark can improve the overall visual effect, strengthen the corporate image, and make the file look more professional.
