In the workplace, PPTs often contain important business information, such as business plans or scripts for public presentations. Before these files are officially used, they need a visible identifier. While ordinary watermarks can serve a certain purpose, there are always some pages that bypass the main page and get screenshotted or cropped. In such cases, a full-screen text watermark covering the entire page becomes the best choice — no matter how you crop or capture, the watermark remains. When you have dozens of PPT files, each with a dozen or even dozens of pages, manually adding watermarks is simply too much work. Faced with such a situation, how can we quickly batch-add full-screen text watermarks that cover every page of a PPT?
This article shares a practical tip to make identical text labels spread neatly across every slide, so whether viewed on a computer, projected, or exported as images, each page carries an irremovable mark that makes the document status clear at a glance.
When should you add full-screen text watermarks to a PPT?
Marking draft files
Many PPTs are not the final version during editing. If sent to colleagues or clients prematurely, they might be mistaken as finalized. Adding full-screen text watermarks can indicate the current file status on every page, so even if screenshotted or forwarded, it is still recognizable as a temporary version.
Designating internal materials
Some PPTs contain company data or undisclosed plans and should not be shared freely. Adding full-screen text watermarks serves as a reminder. Because the watermarks cover the entire screen, even if someone takes a photo or screenshot, the watermark remains clearly visible.
For external presentations
When presenting product introductions or promotional materials, some companies add full-screen text watermarks with the company name. This way, whether demonstrating or sending to others, the source information is clearly visible. A full-screen watermark is more prominent than a single corner watermark, making the PPT look more professional.
