1. Overview

1. This Agreement is entered into between you and us regarding your use of this product and related services.

2. This Agreement applies to product clients, websites, and related services that expressly reference this Agreement. Provisions concerning accounts, paid purchases, automatic renewal, content publishing, cloud storage, or other specific functions apply only when you use the corresponding functions or services.

3. Please read this Agreement carefully before using this product and related services, especially the service limitations, user responsibilities, account handling, fee settlement, disclaimer and limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions highlighted in bold or otherwise conspicuously. You may request explanations of the relevant provisions through our contact information.

4. We will provide access to this Agreement and necessary prompts in a conspicuous manner before you begin using this product and related services. After you have received the above prompts and a reasonable opportunity to review, your affirmative use of this product or the corresponding services indicates your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the services that require acceptance of this Agreement. Any authorization or consent that must be separately obtained under law is not automatically obtained merely because you accept this Agreement.

5. For specific functions or services, we may separately provide special agreements, orders, or usage rules, and make them available for your review before you accept such services. Where a special agreement duly confirmed by both parties conflicts with this Agreement, the special agreement shall prevail within its applicable scope; no agreement may exclude rights or obligations that may not be excluded by law.

6. The functions, scope of authorization, fees, and service periods of each product shall be governed by the corresponding product descriptions, orders, and effective special agreements. Accepting this Agreement does not mean that you obtain authorization to use our other products or paid services.

7. If you accept this Agreement on behalf of an enterprise or other organization, you shall have the corresponding authorization. Authorization and permission management within the relevant organization shall be the responsibility of that organization; our liability as required by law shall not be affected.

8. If the service provider needs to be changed due to merger, division, business transfer, or other reasons, we will notify you of the relevant circumstances as required by law and complete necessary procedures such as succession of rights and obligations and transfer of personal information. Where your consent is required by law, we will obtain it separately.

2. This Product and Related Services

1. You shall obtain this product through our official or authorized channels. For versions that unauthorized third parties have arbitrarily modified, embedded with other programs, or provided in our name, we cannot confirm their security, integrity, or availability. Losses caused solely by such third-party conduct and that should not be attributed to us under law shall be borne by the relevant responsible parties.

2. Provided that you comply with this Agreement and applicable authorization conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license that may not be arbitrarily transferred or sublicensed. This license does not constitute a transfer of this product or its intellectual property rights.

3. The functions, number of devices, number of accounts, service quotas, usage period, and commercial use permissions available to you shall be governed by the applicable product descriptions, orders, and special agreements at the time you purchase or obtain authorization.

Without authorization, you may not resell, rent, or sublicense this product, or provide services that should be authorized by us to others through shared accounts, interface forwarding, proxy services, or other means. Using this product to complete ordinary office work or creation does not necessarily constitute the above resale or sublicensing; use of the resulting work shall still comply with the authorized scope of the specific functions.

4. You shall confirm that your devices, operating systems, networks, and related software meet the operating requirements that have been clearly notified. Except for environments that we expressly commit to support, we do not guarantee that this product is compatible with all devices, system versions, third-party software, or hardware.

5. We may provide updates to fix problems, improve security, or improve functions. For updates that may materially affect normal use, we will provide appropriate notice of the relevant impacts and necessary operational arrangements.

6. For paid services, we will not arbitrarily reduce core functions that have been promised or shorten the service period merely because of version updates. If substantive adjustments are truly necessary, they shall be handled in accordance with Chapter 8 and Chapter 12 of this Agreement.

7. We may stop maintaining or supporting older versions after reasonable notice. If such arrangement affects paid services still within their validity period, we will provide a reasonable upgrade, continued performance, or fee handling plan.

8. For functions expressly marked as testing, trial, or preview, their functional scope and stability may still be under adjustment. You shall determine whether they are suitable for use based on the relevant instructions and take necessary backup measures before processing important data; such markings do not exempt us from liability that we are required to bear under law.

9. For products or services independently provided by third parties, we will identify the provider in an appropriate manner. Before using the relevant services, you shall review the third party’s service content and agreements. Third-party liability shall be handled in accordance with Chapter 11 of this Agreement.

3. Account Registration, Use, and Cancellation

1. Some functions may require registration or login to an account. You shall provide true, accurate, and lawful information appropriate to the needs of the service, and update it in a timely manner when the information changes. Where identity verification is required by law, you shall cooperate in completing the necessary verification.

2. You may not impersonate another person, maliciously register accounts in bulk, obtain benefits through false information, or use account names, avatars, or other information that infringe upon others’ rights. If the information does not meet the requirements, we may require you to correct it; where necessary, we may restrict functions related to such information.

3. Accounts shall in principle be used only by the account registrant or persons qualified to use them under the corresponding authorization. Without permission, you may not sell, rent, lend, or otherwise provide accounts to persons without the right to use them.

4. You shall properly keep your account, password, and identity verification information secure. Losses caused by your voluntary disclosure, lending of your account, violation of clear security warnings, or other reasons attributable to you shall be borne by you as required by law; losses caused by our breach of statutory or contractual obligations shall be borne by us as required by law.

5. If you discover that your account has been compromised, abnormally logged into, or is otherwise subject to security issues, you shall promptly notify us and take reasonable measures to prevent further loss. We will take necessary measures such as identity verification and temporary login restrictions based on the risk situation.

6. To protect account security, we may temporarily restrict relevant functions when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is at substantial risk of being compromised, fraud, or other significant risks. After the risk is eliminated or verification is passed, we will promptly adjust or lift the restrictions. Permanent account closure shall be handled in accordance with Chapter 7.

7. When applying to recover an account or change important identity information, you shall provide necessary verification materials. We will conduct reasonable verification, but do not guarantee that recovery can be completed when materials are missing, identity is disputed, or effective verification cannot be conducted. Verification measures shall be commensurate with the risk, and personal information shall not be collected unnecessarily.

8. Administrators of enterprise or organization accounts shall manage members, permissions, and data within the scope of their authorization. Management operations performed by us based on valid authorization do not replace the organization’s internal responsibility for permission management.

9. You may apply to cancel your account through the cancellation entry provided by the product or through our customer service channels. We will complete the necessary verification and processing within fifteen working days after receiving the application; where a shorter period applies under law, that period shall prevail. If cancellation cannot be completed, we will explain the specific reasons and solutions, and shall not set unreasonable obstacles.

10. Before cancellation, please check unfinished orders, subscriptions, balances, and other rights and interests, and export data that needs to be retained. Cancellation does not necessarily mean that you waive refunds, balance refunds, or other rights you are entitled to under law. Relevant fees shall be settled in accordance with Chapter 12.

For automatic renewal arrangements managed by us, we will simultaneously handle cancellation during the cancellation process; where third-party payment platforms are involved, we will provide necessary guidance and assistance.

11. After account cancellation, account login and functions provided based on that account will cease, and data deleted as required by law may be unrecoverable. Information that must be retained under law will be stored within the statutory scope and period and will not be used for purposes unrelated to such retention.

12. Cancellation does not affect payment, refund, damages, or other liabilities that arose before cancellation and shall be performed under law.

4. Personal Information and Data Protection

1. We will process personal information related to the provision of services in accordance with law. The specific processing purposes, methods, types of information, retention periods, involvement of third parties, and methods for exercising rights are set forth in the Privacy Policy and related function notices available for the corresponding products.

2. Accepting this Agreement does not constitute a blanket authorization for all personal information processing activities. For matters requiring separate consent, written consent, or other specific authorization under law, we will handle them separately as required by law.

3. We will take security measures commensurate with the nature of the services, types of information, and degree of risk, and fulfill our personal information and data security protection obligations under law.

4. You may apply under law to access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, cancel your account, or exercise other statutory rights. We may conduct reasonable identity verification and will handle your request in accordance with law.

5. When uploading personal information of others, trade secrets, or other protected materials, you shall have a lawful basis for processing and obtain relevant authorization to the necessary extent. This requirement does not exempt us from our own personal information and confidentiality obligations.

6. If we process data as entrusted by an enterprise customer, the parties shall clarify the processing purposes, scope, security requirements, and respective responsibilities based on the actual business. This Agreement does not automatically grant us the right to use such data beyond the scope necessary for the services.

5. User Conduct Standards

1. You shall use this product and related services in accordance with law and shall not engage in the following conduct:

(1) Illegally intruding into networks, stealing data, spreading malicious programs, or damaging or interfering with the normal operation of systems and networks.

(2) Accessing others’ accounts, servers, or data without permission, or bypassing authentication, permission controls, billing, or other security measures.

(3) Unreasonably occupying system resources through plugins, abnormal requests, malicious scripts, or other means, affecting other users’ normal use.

(4) Copying, cracking, reverse engineering, reverse assembling, decompiling this product in violation of law or the authorized scope, or attempting to obtain undisclosed source code; except where permitted by law.

(5) Obtaining improper benefits by exploiting vulnerabilities, false transactions, malicious refunds, stealing payment instruments, or other means.

(6) Scraping, selling, providing, or improperly using data and content in the services in bulk without permission.

(7) Using this product to commit fraud, infringement, harassment, illegal marketing, or other illegal acts.

(8) Other conduct that violates laws, this Agreement, or effective special agreements and harms the lawful rights and interests of us, other users, or third parties.

2. If this product supports uploading, publishing, sharing, or disseminating content, you shall ensure that the relevant content and the manner of its use are lawful, and shall not create, publish, or disseminate content that endangers national security, promotes terrorism or extremism, is obscene or pornographic, involves gambling, illegal violence, fraud, defamation, infringement of privacy or intellectual property rights, or other illegal content.

You may not harm others’ rights and interests by fabricating facts, impersonating others, maliciously misleading, or other means; without permission, you may not send spam or conduct marketing activities that hinder normal use.

3. You shall verify the information you publish based on the nature of the content. For opinions, creations, predictions, or automatically generated content, you may not present them as verified facts in a misleading manner.

4. We will fulfill our safety management, complaint handling, and illegal information disposal obligations commensurate with the nature of the services as required by law, but do not promise that we can detect and prevent all illegal or infringing conduct before it occurs.

5. You may submit complaints, reports, or infringement notices through customer service channels and provide necessary identity, rights, and factual materials. We will verify and take necessary measures in accordance with law, and provide appeal or counter-notice channels where appropriate. Those who cause losses to others through malicious complaints shall bear liability in accordance with law.

6. Use of Information Content and Data Operations

1. You may use content provided by this product only within the scope of lawful authorization. Without permission from the relevant rights holder, you may not copy, disseminate, sell, mirror, or provide protected content to third parties beyond the authorized scope; except for fair use and other exceptions permitted by law.

2. The preceding restriction does not necessarily restrict your lawful use, export, or sharing of content over which you hold rights, nor does it expand our rights over third-party content.

3. If this product provides calculation, recognition, conversion, retrieval, recommendation, or automatic generation functions, the relevant results may be affected by input data, methods, models, versions, and usage environments. Before using the results for important decisions, public release, or external delivery, you shall conduct necessary verification based on the actual purpose. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, we do not promise that the relevant results are suitable for all specific purposes.

4. You shall ensure that the input data, operation instructions, and scope of authorization conform to your true intentions. Before deletion, overwriting, batch modification, format conversion, synchronization, or other operations that may change data, you shall check the operation objects and prompt information.

5. Please keep appropriate backups of important data. Except for expressly agreed storage, backup, or recovery services, ordinary editing, synchronization, caching, or temporary processing functions do not necessarily constitute a commitment of permanent preservation, complete backup, or arbitrary recovery.

If you have purchased storage, backup, or recovery services, we shall still perform our obligations in accordance with the terms of those services.

6. For cloud storage or other functions with data retention periods, we will clearly state the storage quota, retention period, expiration handling, and export arrangements in the relevant service descriptions, and will not retroactively reduce promised services through restrictions added afterwards.

7. Handling of Breach and Assumption of Liability

1. For illegal, breaching, or security-risk conduct with a factual basis, we may take necessary measures such as reminders, demands for correction, restriction of relevant functions, suspension of services, removal of content, or termination of accounts, based on the nature, severity, scope of impact, and rectification status of the conduct.

2. For general and correctable breaches, we will in principle first provide a reasonable opportunity to correct them; for clearly illegal conduct, major security risks, serious infringement, fraud, persistent malicious attacks, or other situations requiring immediate handling, we may take necessary measures first.

3. Except where confidentiality is required by law, investigation may be hindered, or security may be endangered, we will inform you of the basis for the handling, its impact, and appeal channels through appropriate means. You may submit explanations or evidence to apply for review. If we confirm that the handling was erroneous, we will promptly correct it and handle the relevant loss or expense issues in accordance with law.

4. Restricting or terminating an account does not necessarily result in forfeiture of all your balances and paid rights and interests. Fees already incurred, refunds for unperformed portions, and losses of both parties shall be handled separately in accordance with law and effective agreements.

5. If your illegal or breaching conduct causes losses to us, you shall compensate the losses that are causally related to such conduct and compensable under law, including reasonable rights-protection expenses supported by law. If we were at fault, we shall bear corresponding liability in accordance with law.

6. If content provided or published by you causes a dispute with a third party, you shall cooperate in providing the source of rights, authorization, or other necessary materials, and bear liability corresponding to your own conduct in accordance with law. We do not use this Agreement to transfer to you all liability that we should bear for our own illegality, breach, or fault.

7. For matters requiring reporting, record retention, or cooperation with investigations under law, we will handle them in accordance with law. When disclosing the handling of such matters externally, it will be limited to the necessary and lawful scope.

8. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination

1. We will provide services in accordance with effective agreements and take reasonable measures to maintain the security and availability of the services. For foreseeable maintenance, upgrades, or migration, we will provide advance notice based on the degree of impact and minimize the impact on normal use.

2. In the event of security incidents, major failures, measures taken in accordance with law, or other emergencies, we may temporarily interrupt or restrict relevant services to the necessary extent, and promptly explain the situation and take recovery or alternative measures when conditions permit.

3. We may adjust free functions for which no separate period has been promised based on operational needs, and provide reasonable notice and necessary transitional arrangements. If free functions have become part of the promises of a paid order, we shall not be exempted from the corresponding performance obligations merely because they are marked as free.

4. For materially adverse changes to the core functions, service period, or other major rights and interests of paid services, we will negotiate with you in accordance with law. If the services cannot be continued as agreed, the corresponding fees and other liabilities to be borne under law shall be handled in accordance with Chapter 12.

5. If we decide to cease operations entirely due to business adjustments, we will provide at least thirty days’ advance notice through product announcements and other appropriate means, and explain the cessation time, contact information, unfinished orders, fee settlement, and data export arrangements. Where a longer period is required by law, that period shall prevail; if advance notice truly cannot be provided due to emergency measures taken under law or force majeure, we will promptly notify you when conditions permit in accordance with law.

6. Before service expiration or termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export data based on the nature of the services. This excludes illegal content, content involving others’ rights, or data that may not be provided under law. Specific retention and deletion arrangements shall be explained in advance and comply with personal information and data protection requirements.

7. After service termination, the parties’ obligations regarding fee settlement, confidentiality, intellectual property protection, damages, and dispute resolution that should be borne under law shall remain effective to the extent required by their nature.

9. Advertising, Promotion, and Third-Party Links

1. We may display advertisements, promotional information, or third-party links in this product and provide necessary markings in accordance with law. Advertising display does not necessarily mean that we become the seller, provider, or guarantor of third-party goods or services; our advertising and platform-related liabilities required by law shall not be affected.

2. Before transacting with a third party, you shall verify its identity, product or service content, price, and transaction terms. Liability for the relevant transaction shall be borne by the relevant parties in accordance with law.

3. We will send commercial information via SMS, email, or other means after obtaining necessary consent or at your request in accordance with law, and provide a clear and convenient method to cancel. After you refuse or cancel, we will stop sending the corresponding commercial information.

4. Notices necessary for account security, order fulfillment, service changes, and other matters will be sent in accordance with law based on their nature, and your choices will not be circumvented by disguising advertisements as necessary notices.

5. If personalized recommendations or marketing based on personal information are provided, we will provide corresponding explanations, non-personalized options, or convenient refusal methods in accordance with law.

10. Intellectual Property and User Content Authorization

1. The intellectual property rights in this product and the software, programs, interface designs, trademarks, documentation, and other content provided by us belong to us or the corresponding rights holders. Rights not expressly granted in this Agreement do not automatically transfer to you because of your use of this product.

2. You may not arbitrarily remove, modify, or obscure rights markings, nor use our names, trademarks, or the like without authorization in a manner that misleads others into believing that you have an agency, cooperation, authorization, or other relationship with us.

3. The rights in content that you upload, input, publish, or provide shall still be enjoyed by you or the original rights holder in accordance with law. Using this product does not automatically transfer such rights to us. You shall ensure that you have a lawful basis for submitting and processing the relevant content for the selected functions.

4. To complete the services you select, you license us to store, reproduce, transmit, convert formats, display, or otherwise process the relevant content to the necessary extent. This license is limited to the purposes and period of performing the services, maintaining necessary security, and handling disputes in accordance with law, and does not constitute an unrestricted license to use the content.

5. To complete the above processing, we may engage technical service providers to assist to the necessary extent, but shall impose corresponding usage restrictions, confidentiality, and security requirements, and shall not be exempted from our liability under law or contract because of such entrustment.

6. Without separately obtaining a lawful basis or necessary authorization, we will not use your non-public content for external commercial promotion, public display, sale, or model training unrelated to providing the selected services.

7. After you delete content, withdraw the corresponding authorization, or terminate the services, we will stop the relevant processing in accordance with law and the agreement. Information that must be retained under law and backups that technically cannot be deleted immediately will be processed under restricted conditions and subsequently deleted in accordance with applicable rules.

8. This Agreement does not guarantee that any automatically generated or processed result necessarily constitutes an object of intellectual property, is exclusively owned by you, or does not involve third-party rights in any scenario; our expressly made rights guarantees and liabilities required by law shall not be affected.

11. Risk Warnings, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability

1. We provide services in accordance with effective agreements, applicable product descriptions, and the quality requirements required by law. Except as expressly agreed, we do not promise that this product meets special needs that you have not disclosed and that the parties have not agreed upon, nor do we promise to achieve specific revenues, rankings, traffic, transaction opportunities, or other commercial results.

2. Software services may experience failures, delays, or errors. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free at all times, but we will take reasonable prevention, repair, and recovery measures in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations.

3. Provided that we have fulfilled our statutory and contractual obligations, we shall not bear corresponding liability for losses caused solely by the following reasons attributable to you or that should not be attributed to us under law:

(1) You provide erroneous or incomplete data or operation instructions.

(2) You misuse the services, voluntarily disclose account information, or grant permissions to others without authorization.

(3) You use an unauthorized modified version, or use the services through cracking, plugins, or other means.

(4) You use this product in an environment that does not meet the clearly notified operating requirements.

(5) You use the services beyond the expressly authorized scope or usage restrictions.

The existence of the above circumstances does not necessarily exclude our liability for our own illegality, breach, or fault.

4. For services expressly marked as independently provided by third parties and for which you have separately entered into an agreement, performance and after-sales liability shall be borne by the relevant third party in accordance with law. Our provision of a link or access entry does not necessarily constitute a guarantee.

Where we procure, entrust, or access third-party services for the performance of this Agreement, we shall not be automatically exempted from liability to you under law or contract merely because the problem originates from a third party.

5. If performance of this Agreement is prevented by an event constituting force majeure under law, liability shall be partially or wholly exempted in accordance with law based on the actual impact of the event on performance. The affected party shall promptly notify the other party, take reasonable measures to mitigate losses, and provide necessary proof within a reasonable period.

Ordinary technical failures, supplier breaches, or operational difficulties do not necessarily constitute force majeure merely because they are listed in risk warnings. If force majeure occurs after performance has already been delayed, it shall be handled in accordance with legal provisions.

6. In the event of abnormality or loss, both parties shall take reasonable measures to prevent the expansion of losses. Liability for the expanded portion caused by a party’s failure to take reasonable measures shall be determined in accordance with law. Reasonable expenses incurred in taking necessary loss-mitigation measures shall be borne in accordance with law.

7. The scope of damages shall be determined based on applicable law, taking into account causation, proof of loss, foreseeability, and the responsibilities of both parties. We shall not bear liability for losses that have no causal relationship with our conduct, lack a reasonable basis, or are not within the scope of compensation under law.

8. To the extent that the law permits agreement on a liability cap and this provision has been validly incorporated into the contract, our cumulative liability for ordinary breach-related property losses caused by our general negligence shall be capped at the total service fees you have actually paid to us for the specific paid service giving rise to the dispute for the same event and interrelated events.

The above cap does not apply to fee settlement obligations such as refunds or balance refunds, does not apply to the liability specified in item 9 of this chapter, and shall not be used to unreasonably exclude or limit your principal rights. Liability for free or trial services is not automatically zero merely because you paid no fee, and shall be determined in accordance with law.

9. No disclaimer or limitation of liability provision in this Agreement shall apply to our liability for personal injury to you, our liability for property damage to you caused by our intent or gross negligence, or other liability that may not be excluded or limited by law.

This Agreement does not exempt us from our personal information protection, data security, and other statutory obligations, nor does it limit your statutory rights to complain, report, litigate, or seek other remedies.

12. Paid Purchases, Automatic Renewal, and Refunds

1. Some services may require payment. We will clearly display the service provider, function content, price, billing method, service period, usage restrictions, refund rules, and other important transaction terms before purchase. You may decide whether to purchase at your own discretion.

2. The service activation time, validity period, number of uses, quotas, and other rights and interests shall be governed by the order and service descriptions confirmed by you at the time of purchase. Where activation is required, we will explain the activation method and period in advance.

3. A one-time payment does not necessarily include unlimited cloud services, free upgrades, or manual support. If a long-term license for a specific version is sold, the periods and scope of the software license and ongoing services will be separately explained before purchase, and rights and interests promised at the time of purchase will not be reduced by subsequent interpretation.

4. We may adjust future sales of services and prices, but will not retroactively increase the fees of an established order or reduce promised services merely because of a price adjustment. New charging terms shall be clearly notified before the corresponding transaction.

5. If automatic renewal services are provided, we will separately and conspicuously explain the renewal period, amount or calculation method, deduction time, and cancellation path before activation, and you may choose whether to activate them at your own discretion. Accepting this Agreement or beginning to use this product does not constitute activating automatic renewal.

6. We will provide conspicuous reminders before each automatic renewal deduction in accordance with law and provide convenient cancellation methods. Where renewal prices change, we will explain this at the same time; where reconfirmation is required by law or agreement, we will obtain it.

7. Uninstalling the software, ceasing to log in, or ceasing to use it does not usually constitute cancellation of automatic renewal. You may cancel through the entry provided by the product, payment channel, or relevant subscription platform. We will provide necessary explanations and assistance. After cancellation takes effect, no further renewals will occur, and paid services will be performed as agreed.

8. Whether unconditional unsubscribe or return applies shall be determined based on the nature of the service and applicable law. Where it does not apply under law, we will provide necessary notice before the transaction and obtain your confirmation when required by law, and will not broadly exclude statutory refund rights under labels such as “digital product” or “virtual service.”

9. If we fail to provide services as agreed for reasons attributable to us, or if other circumstances requiring a refund under law arise, you may apply for handling through customer service channels. We will perform, remedy, or refund in accordance with law, and the limitation of liability in this Agreement does not replace our statutory refund obligations.

10. For continuous services that can be divided by time, number of uses, or quota, fees for the unperformed portion shall in principle be calculated based on the actual price paid for the order and the proportion of the unperformed portion, and handled in accordance with effective specific agreements. Where refunds are made for reasons attributable to us, the refund shall not be unreasonably reduced afterwards by increasing the unit price of the used portion, fabricating fees, or other means.

Where you voluntarily terminate services early, it shall be handled in accordance with law and the refund rules that were clearly notified and validly established before purchase.

11. In the event of duplicate charges, erroneous charges, or charge disputes, you may submit order and payment information to apply for verification. We will verify and handle it in accordance with law. Where refunds need to be completed through a third-party payment platform, we will cooperate, and our refund obligations under law or contract shall not be exempted because the platform participated in the payment.

12. Materials required for a refund application shall be limited to the scope reasonably necessary for verification. Where a refund is required by law, we will process it within the applicable period and explain the refund amount, channel, and expected time of receipt.

13. We will provide invoices or other necessary transaction vouchers in accordance with law. You shall provide accurate invoicing information, and both parties shall cooperate to correct errors if they occur.

13. Terms for Minors

1. Minors shall use this product under the guidance of their guardians in accordance with their age, cognitive ability, and legal provisions. Where guardian consent is required by law, the relevant services shall be used after obtaining guardian consent.

2. Minors’ purchase of paid services shall conform to their civil capacity and the scope of guardian authorization. If a guardian raises an objection to a purchase made without effective authorization, we will conduct reasonable verification and handle it in accordance with law.

3. Where personal information of minors is involved, especially personal information of minors under the age of fourteen, we will obtain the necessary guardian consent in accordance with law and apply corresponding special protection rules.

4. Guardians shall reasonably guide minors’ account use, payments, and information disclosure. The liability of minors and guardians shall be determined in accordance with law, and this Agreement does not cause them to bear liability beyond that provided by law.

14. Agreement Changes, Notices, and Dispute Resolution

1. We may modify this Agreement based on changes in law or service adjustments. For existing users, general modifications will be published through appropriate means at least seven days in advance; where a longer period or specific procedures are required by law, those provisions shall prevail. The effective date stated in this Agreement does not replace the notice and confirmation procedures required by law or agreement.

2. For major changes that increase your principal obligations, materially reduce rights and interests you have already obtained, or otherwise require your reconfirmation, we will provide conspicuous notice and obtain your consent in accordance with law, and will not deem you to have accepted solely based on your silence, non-uninstallation, or non-cancellation of your account.

3. If you do not accept a major change, you may stop using the affected new services and, for services already purchased but not yet performed, choose under law or agreement to continue performing the original terms, negotiate adjustments, or terminate and settle fees. Modifications to the Agreement do not retroactively exempt liability that arose before the modification.

4. We may send service-related notices through in-product notifications, account messages, email, SMS, or other appropriate means. The method and delivery of notices shall be commensurate with the importance of the matter. You shall keep the contact information you provide accurate and effective; the legal effect of notices shall be determined in accordance with law.

5. In the event of a dispute, the parties may resolve it through customer service or other means of negotiation. Negotiation does not constitute a mandatory precondition to exercising your statutory remedies.

To the extent that the law permits agreement on the choice of competent court, the parties agree that the dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of the people’s court with jurisdiction at our domicile at the time this Agreement was entered into. Where the law has other mandatory provisions on jurisdiction, those provisions shall prevail; if this provision is invalid or inapplicable under law, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with statutory rules.

6. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, revoked, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions that can exist independently. The relevant matters shall be handled in accordance with law and other effective agreements, and shall not be unilaterally reinterpreted by us or used to increase your obligations.

7. Our failure to immediately exercise a right does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that right; the exercise of any right shall comply with the statutory time limits and good faith requirements.

8. If you have questions, complaints, or suggestions regarding this Agreement, your account, fees, services, or personal information processing, you may contact us through the contact information listed in this Agreement.
