1. Open [ HeSoft Doc Batch Tool ], select [Word Tools] - [Add Password Protection to Word].
2. Choose a method to add Word documents that only require commenting from [Add Files] or [Import Files from Folder]. You can also directly drag and drop files below to add them. After confirming the files are correct, click Next.
3. Enter the settings interface, enable the [Restrict Editing Password] button, and select [Comments Only] below. It also supports view-only, revisions only, or only filling in form data. The password is optional; if a password is set, others will need the password to make modifications. Without a password, others can simply click Stop Protection to modify.
