Steps to Batch Clear Phone Numbers in Word Documents
1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool 】, select 【Word Tools】-【Find and Replace Keywords in Word】.
2. In 【Add Files】 or 【Import Files from Folder】, choose a method to add the Word documents from which you need to remove numeric numbers. You can also directly drag and drop files into the import area below. After confirming the files are correct, click Next.
3. In the settings options interface, select 【Use Formula for Fuzzy Text Search】. Below the list of keywords to find, enter 【\s*\(\d{3}\)\s*\d{3}-\d{4}】.
