When there are a large number of images in an Excel spreadsheet that need to be used in reports, presentations, or web design, exporting these images makes it easy to edit them or insert them into other files. Additionally, images exported from Excel spreadsheet cells can be shared and transferred freely. In scenarios requiring high-quality image printing or dealing with large files, it also ensures print clarity and reduces file size. The following introduces how to batch export image files from multiple xls and xlsx workbooks to jpg format at once.
1. Usage Scenarios
When there are a large number of images in Excel table cells that need report creation, image editing, sharing and transmission, high-quality printing, or file size reduction, directly batch export the images within the file in jpg format for individual operations.
