Steps to Batch Replace Paragraphs in Multiple Word Documents Using Keywords
1. Open【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool 】, select【Word Tools】-【Find and Replace Paragraphs in Word by Keyword】.
2. In【Add Files】or【Import Files from Folder】, choose a method to add Doc, Docx, and other format files that require paragraph replacement. You can also directly drag and drop files into the area below. After confirming the files are correct, click Next.
3. Enter the settings interface. For the search method, click【Exact Text Search】. Enter the keyword contained in the Word document paragraph below the search keyword list, and enter the entire replacement paragraph text in the replacement keyword list. Then click Next. Click Browse to select the save location for the new file.
4. After processing is complete, click the path to open the folder. Open the Word file to see that all paragraphs containing the keyword have been successfully replaced!
