Steps to Batch Delete Paragraphs Containing Specified Text in Word
1、Open HeSoft Doc Batch Tool , select Word Tools → Find and Replace Paragraphs in Word Based on Keywords.

2、Add the Word document from which you want to delete paragraphs. You can add a file or import files from a folder.

3、Select exact text search, enter the specified text on the left, and leave the right side empty. Here, taking deleting all paragraphs containing "Answer" as an example, we enter "Answer" on the left.

4、After processing is complete, click the save location to view. All paragraphs containing "Answer" have been completely deleted.

In addition to using professional tools to batch delete document paragraphs, you can also use Word's advanced find and replace to achieve this.
Also taking deleting paragraphs containing "Answer" as an example, the steps are as follows:
Open the Word document, press Ctrl + H to open the Find and Replace window, click "More" to expand advanced options, and check "Use wildcards". In the "Find what" box, enter "Answer:*^13", leave the "Replace with" box empty, and then click "Replace All".

If the specified text is at the beginning of the paragraph, use the wildcards "^13keyword*^13" or "keyword*^13".
If the specified text is in the middle of the paragraph, use the wildcard "*keyword*^13".
Before performing Replace All, it is recommended to click "Find Next" first to check the paragraphs to be replaced one by one.
Use Cases for Batch Deleting Paragraphs Containing Specific Text in Word
1、In some contracts or reports, there are clauses such as additional terms and disclaimers. If this information is outdated or no longer needed, these clause contents need to be batch deleted.
2、Unnecessary parts in Word documents, such as notes and references, need to be deleted, keeping only the main content.
3、In teaching scenarios, assignments or exam papers prepared by teachers need to have all answers deleted before being distributed to students.
4、Some sensitive information in documents, containing text such as confidentiality agreements, internal data, and classified data, requires batch deletion of paragraphs with such wording from the document to protect information security.
