OFD is a formal electronic document format developed in China, commonly used for electronic invoices, government documents, and other files. If we want to convert an OFD file into a single long JPG image, taking screenshots page by page and stitching them together would be too slow. Here is a simpler and more direct method to quickly convert and combine all pages of an OFD file into one long image, while also being able to batch process many files at the same time. Let's learn it now!
Scenarios for Converting OFD Files into a Single Long JPG Image
1. Although OFD is an official electronic document format, it requires specialized OFD viewing software to open, which may not be accessible to general users or systems. Images, on the other hand, offer better compatibility—they can be opened directly on both phones and computers, making viewing more convenient. Therefore, it is often necessary to convert OFD files into images.
2. When uploading OFD files to certain platforms, such as government or enterprise systems, some platforms only support uploading images in JPG or PNG format. In such cases, the files need to be converted into image format for uploading.
3. Financial and accounting professionals frequently use the OFD format, as general electronic invoices and financial reimbursements require submission of OFD files. However, when presenting invoice details to superiors or clients, converting multiple electronic invoices into a single long image displayed on one page allows for a more intuitive review of the details.
