Open [ HeSoft Doc Batch Tool ], select [Excel Tools] - [Convert Excel to JPG].
[Add Files] Add one or more Excel spreadsheet files that need to be converted to JPG images.
[Import Files from Folder] Import all Excel spreadsheet files from the selected folder.
The imported files can be viewed below.
[Processing Range] Choose to process only some worksheets.
[Worksheet Range] Enter the range of Sheets to extract; see the help content below for details.
[1] represents the first Sheet in positive order.
[-1] represents the first Sheet in reverse order.
[:] This symbol indicates a continuous range of Sheets to convert to images. For example, 2:5 extracts the second, third, fourth, and fifth Sheets, totaling four Sheets.
[,] This symbol acts like a separator. For example, 2,5,-3 extracts the second Sheet, the fifth Sheet, and the third Sheet from the end, totaling three Sheets.
After processing is complete, click the save location to view the successfully converted JPG images.
