When there are a large number of PDF files that need to be managed efficiently, the first line of the document can be used as the file name. PDFs such as papers and contracts, whose first line contains the title or key information, can be quickly identified and retrieved, significantly improving work efficiency in scenarios such as archiving and organizing email attachments. The following introduces how to uniformly batch process a large number of PDF files by using the content of the first line as the file name.
1. Use Cases
When you need to process thousands of similar PDF files such as papers, reports, or contracts, the first line usually contains the title or key information. You can batch rename these files using the first line of their content, saving time on manual naming and making retrieval and management easier.
