When we need to batch delete a certain word in a PPT, we can use Find and Replace to clear it all at once. However, if there are multiple text contents to be deleted in the PPT, or if a large number of PPT files need to have excess text cleared, manual processing is time-consuming and laborious. Here's a more efficient method that can batch delete multiple text contents in PPT at once and can also handle hundreds of PPT files simultaneously, saving time and effort!
Scenarios for Batch Deleting Unnecessary Text in PowerPoint
1. Templates downloaded online usually contain placeholder text, such as "Click here to add title" or "Click here to add text content." After creating a presentation, you need to batch delete these unnecessary texts thoroughly. Manual searching and deletion inevitably result in missed instances, causing the PPT to appear unprofessional and inconsistent.
2. Many PowerPoint files contain sensitive information, like client names, contact details, or pricing. When presenting the file to an external audience, this sensitive information needs to be removed to prevent important data leakage. If there is a large amount of data to remove, manual deletion is highly inadvisable, as it wastes time and easily leads to omissions.
3. During the creation process, we often add comments or explanatory text for reporting to supervisors or colleagues. When sending these presentations to clients or using them as case studies, these extra annotations and explanations must be removed to quickly generate a concise, public version of the file.

Steps to Batch Delete Multiple Text Contents in PowerPoint
1. Open HeSoft Doc Batch Tool , select the PowerPoint tool → Find and replace keywords in PowerPoint.

2. Click Add Files to import all the PowerPoint files you wish to process. If all the presentations are located in the same folder, you can also click Import Files from Folder and directly select the target folder to import them all at once.

3. Select Normal Text → Exact Text Search. In the keyword list on the left, enter the text content you want to delete. Leave the right side blank, as an empty field indicates deletion.

4. Once processing is complete, click on the save location to view the results. The specified text has been completely removed from all the PowerPoint files. This method not only deletes all unnecessary text from a PPT in one go but also enables batch processing of hundreds of PPT files. Isn't that much faster than manual operation?
