Steps for Batch Replacing Text and Numbers in PPT Files Using Fuzzy Search
1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool 】, select 【PowerPoint Tools】 - 【Find and Replace Keywords in PowerPoint】.
2. In 【Add Files】 or 【Import Files from Folder】, choose a method to add the PPT files that need date replacement. You can also directly drag the files into the import area below, then click Next.
3. Enter the settings options interface, check 【Plain Text】. If the slide master and layout names also need changing, you can check those as well. For search method, choose 【Use Formula to Fuzzy Find Text】, then enter the regular expression formula in the search keyword list below, and enter the new text content in the replace keyword list below. Finally, click Next, then click Browse, and select the save location for the new file.
4. After the processing is complete, click the red path to open the folder, then open the PPT file to view the successfully replaced new text.
