Steps for batch renaming based on codes in TXT text
1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool 】, select 【File Name】 - 【Rename Text Files Using Text Content】.
2. In 【Add Files】 or 【Import Files from Folder】, select the text files that need to be renamed according to their file content. You can also drag files into the import area below, then click Next.
3. Enter the settings page, select 【Text Matched by Custom Formula】, and enter the corresponding keyword formula in the regular expression input box below to perform a pattern search. The position can be set to 【Overwrite the entire filename】, or you can add it to the left or right of the original filename. Finally, click Next, click Browse, and select the save location for the new files.
