Steps to Batch Change All Text Colors in Multiple Word Documents
1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool 】, and select 【Word Tools】 - 【Modify Word Font and Paragraph Formatting】.
2. In 【Add Files】 or 【Import Files from Folder】, choose a method to add the Word files whose font color needs to be modified. You can also directly drag and drop files into the area below for import, and then click Next.
3. Enter the settings page. Select Main Document Body for the scope. If the text color in headers and footers also needs to be changed, select All. Similarly, choose All for paragraphs. Below, enable the Color button, choose a color to unify across all Word documents, and finally click Next. Then click Browse and choose the save location for the new files.
