Open HeSoft Doc Batch Tool , select [PDF Tools] - [Convert PDF to Other Versions of PDF].
[Add Files] Add single or multiple PDF files to be converted to PDF/A format.
[Import Files from Folder] Import all PDF files from the selected folder.

Select the desired PDF/A version, such as PDF/A-1a, PDF/A-1b, PDF/A-2a, PDF/A-2b, PDF/A-2u, etc., for conversion.
