When handling important PDF files such as contracts and corporate documents, the cross-page seal not only serves as a legally binding guarantee but also reflects a professional image. However, manually adjusting positions page by page and stamping one by one wastes work efficiency and time. Not to mention finding many mistakes during adjustments, and encountering hundreds of PDF files even leads to working overtime until dawn! Recently, many enterprise users have been asking how to batch-add cross-page seals to multiple PDFs automatically. Today, I'll share a very useful technique for batch adding cross-page seals, which can handle hundreds of documents in just one minute, significantly boosting our work efficiency and document security! Let's try it out together!
When is it necessary to apply an electronic cross-page seal to a PDF document?
1. When handling multi-page electronic contracts, cross-page seals can prevent tampering or page replacement, ensuring document integrity and authenticity. Batch adding cross-page seals is highly applicable for large-scale PDF template documents.
2. When a company's financial department submits multi-page documents, batch-adding cross-page seals in PDFs is the most common security measure to prevent content from being modified or split.
3. In multi-page PDF files requiring approval, batch adding cross-page seals ensures the continuity and non-splittability of the file, improving efficiency and security.
