When faced with hundreds of PDF documents that need to be processed, opening each document one by one, stamping it, and then saving it not only makes our work more tedious but can also easily lead to incorrect placement or omissions. So how can we automatically apply electronic seals in bulk to the last page of PDF documents? Conventional methods cannot meet our needs for efficient office work. Here's a tip to introduce: even beginners can quickly get the hang of it and handle batch adding electronic stamps to hundreds of PDF documents in just seconds, boosting work efficiency dramatically. Let's try it out together!
When Should You Batch Add Electronic Stamps to the Last Page of a PDF?
1. In the signing or review process of corporate contract documents, adding a formal electronic stamp to the last page of a PDF makes the document legally authoritative, can replace paper seals, saves time and cost, and facilitates online review and management.
2. In scenarios involving expense reimbursement and invoice processing, adding a departmental stamp on the last page allows for quick verification of the document's source, eliminating the need to manually stamp documents, while ensuring all documents comply with corporate regulations after being stamped.
3. When a large number of PDF documents need to be sent to personnel from other companies for viewing, an electronic stamp can serve as a corporate identifier to prove the document's authenticity and formality.
