Use TXT paragraphs in the text, numbers batch replace a whole paragraph of the operation steps
1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool ], select [Text Tool]-[Find and replace complete lines in text files based on keywords]].
2. Select a method in [Add File] or [Import File from Folder] to import the TXT file that needs to replace the paragraph, or drag it directly below to add it, and then click Next.
3. Select [Accurately Find Text] in the setting processing interface, enter the keyword words in the paragraph below the keyword list to be found, then enter a whole paragraph of text to be replaced below the replaced keyword list, and finally click Next again. Then click Browse and select a location to save the new file.
