Steps to Batch Copy Folders and Files and Rename Folders
1. Open【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool 】, select【File Management】-【Batch Create New Folders from Existing Folders】.
2. Then click【Add Folder】to add the folders you need to copy. You can also drag them directly into the area below, then click Next.
3. Enter the settings interface. Enter the copied folder names in the New Name List below, one line per folder name. Once done, click Next again. Then click Browse to select the save location for the new files.
4. After processing is complete, click the red path to open the folder. You can see that the file directory structure inside has been placed into the renamed folders.
