Steps to batch copy folders and modify names
1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool 】, select 【File Management】-【Batch create new folders based on existing folders】.
2. Click 【Add Folders】 to import the selected folders or subfolders, or directly drag them into the area below, then click Next.
3. In the settings interface, turn on the 【Ignore all files, only keep folder structure】 button. When enabled, this automatically filters out files within the folders, preventing files from being automatically copied into the new folders. If you need files to be placed into the new folders, you can turn this button off. Then, in the 【New Name List】 below, enter the folder names you want to create, one name per line. After confirming, click Next. Then click Browse and select the save location for the new files.
4. Wait a few seconds for processing to complete, then click the path to open the folder and see that the folders have been batch generated according to the custom names.
