After receiving a large number of PDF files, you may find it difficult to filter them, which can be frustrating. Adding total page count information before the file name enables efficient document management. This naming method proves highly effective in contract management, literature organization, and task scheduling, as it makes the file length clear at a glance. Automatically and intelligently extracting the page count from PDF files and renaming them saves a significant amount of retrieval time. Whether you are handling hundreds of short PDF documents or quickly locating clauses of a specific length, batch-adding the total page count to the beginning of file names can significantly boost productivity.
1. Use Cases
When academic personnel process multiple PDF papers to check the length, or when they need to estimate the binding page count before printing PDFs, we can batch-rename these PDFs by adding the total page count at the beginning of the file name.
