Using fuzzy search batch replacement PPT file text, number of operating steps
1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool ], select [PowerPoint Tool]-[Find and Replace Keywords in PowerPoint]].
2. Select a method in [Add File] or [Import File from Folder] to add PPT files that need to be replaced with different dates, or drag the files directly below to import, and then click Next.
3. Enter the setting options interface and check [Ordinary Text]. If the master and layout name also have contents that need to be changed, check [Use Formula Fuzzy Search Text] as the search method. Then enter the regular expression formula below the searched keyword list and enter the new text content below the replaced keyword list. Finally, click Next, then click Browse to select the location to save the new file.
