1. Open 【 HeSoft Doc Batch Tool ], select [PowerPoint tool]-[merge multiple PowerPoint folders into multiple files]].

2. Click [Add Folder] to import the PPT folder containing the folder to be merged. It is also supported to directly drag the folder below, and then click Next.

3. Enter the setting interface, and the sorting method can be ascending or descending to change the PPT merging order in the folder. Finally click Next again, click Browse and select the location to save the new file.

4. After waiting for the processing to end, click the red path to open the folder. The folder containing PPT added before will become a complete slide file.
