The management and classification of folders at office time is an essential behavior for us to store files for a long time, and we can quickly find the files we need by defining the folder types more clearly. In order to make folders more convenient for us to find, we usually add unified text content in front of the folder name to mark the purpose and date of these folders. Some teams may go through several stages when dealing with a certain project. Multiple folder files are from draft to review to final version. In these stages, we can add different text prefixes according to each stage to help team members intuitively see which projects have not been followed up, and process them in turn according to backward folders, which can obviously improve the work efficiency, or when an enterprise processes different types of files from multiple departments, it can put the divided files into folders, and the year and date information can be added in batches at the beginning of the folder name to quickly retrieve data files of different years, it is more convenient for enterprises to manage various documents. Whether it is an enterprise, a team or an individual user, adding the same text in front of a folder can manage files in a more organized way, so how should we match and add uniform text to all the selected folders?
1. Use Scenarios
when the team just started a project, a lot of new folders were created to store data. In order to distinguish these new folders from the old folders, we can add the same file contents in batches in front of these new folder names, so that we can see at a glance which category the folders belong to, and it is convenient to search and avoid mixing with the old folders.
